By accessing or using KairoView ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Description of Service
KairoView is a trading journal application that allows users to track, analyze, and review their trading activities. The Service includes features such as trade logging, performance analytics, portfolio management, and data import capabilities.
User Accounts
To use KairoView, you must create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
During registration, you are required to provide your date of birth. We use this information solely to verify that you meet the minimum age requirement. By providing your date of birth and creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

KairoView is strictly a data recording and analysis tool. We do not provide:
- Investment advice or recommendations
- Financial planning services
- Trading signals or strategies
- Trade execution or brokerage services
Trading involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KairoView shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
